get a prompt and honest service, that will get you back on track. It is a bit like a "try before you buy" - if you like the service you received then a service contract could save you money in the long run. |

For this you receive unlimited telephone support within office hours.
2 hours of remote access is provided in the price (if access is
granted prior to the call) Should a site visit be needed the rate is just £35 per hour. |

once a month, on a day agreed with you, where a 5 point health
check will be carried out on each machine
